About the Role:

Join TJ's Chimney Service & Fireplaces as a Fireplace Installer and become a key player in enhancing our customers' homes. We are looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about providing top-notch installation services and creating cozy atmospheres for families in Greenfield, Indiana.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain fireplaces and related systems with precision and care.
Assess customer needs and provide expert recommendations for fireplace options.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes during installations.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing fireplace systems.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain installation processes and answer questions.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to fireplace installation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a fireplace installer or in a related field.
Knowledge of various fireplace types, including gas, wood, and electric.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site travel.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety protocols and building codes.
Relevant certifications or licenses preferred but not required.

Compensation: $19.00 - $40.00 per hour
